What I'm Proud Of!
I made a list, on a 3x5 card of what I am most proud of in my life. Some of the items on my list are: my relationship I have with my children, my openess to new ideas and my commitment to my health by exercising regularly. . .
Every morning when I wake up I read my list aloud and I do the same before I go to bed every night.
This helps me to start my day and to go to sleep feeling good about myself.
