Weight Exercise

When I go to the gym to do weight training, I can do impressive weight for a girl of my size and athletic training. I love doing lower body workouts because of how strong the make me feel; doing upper body workouts are harder because I am weaker there, but adding resistance and more weight really makes me feel like I'm accomplishing something.

Yeah, that is harder for the girl to workout upper body. As for me, our our upper body should be thin and not very muscular. Lower body can be stronger as that is our nature

I also love doing lower body workouts! That part of my body is really strong and I love that feeling! Also I love the way my lower body looks like after workout
