Our Forgiveness Ritual is a potent how to love yourself exercise. Through forgiveness you free yourself from the past and open your heart and mind to vibrant self esteem, peace and happiness.

Allow yourself about 30 minutes of quiet time for this Forgiveness Ritual. You may want to light a candle as a symbol of the sacred space you are creating and to illuminate the path of love, compassion and kindness through the practice of forgiveness.

You will need 2 -3 sheets of paper, a pen or pencil, a bowl for burning what you have written and matches.
