Power of the Human Mind

The power of the human mind is infinite. It is in your mind that the creative process begins. Yet, most people are unaware of the power that is as close as their next thought.

Alice Walker writes, "The most common way people give up their power is thinking they don't have any." With this thought in mind the first step in having access to the power of the human mind is by claiming your power.

A simple exercise to claim you power, based on our proven Mind Manual System, is to make a list of your self-sabotaging thoughts. Some of the items on your list may include: nothing works for me, I'm not smart enough, I'm not successful enough, etc... With a clear idea of your self-sabotaging thought now create a list of empowered thought. Your list may include: I am supported in creating the results I desire, I always have access to the infinite power of my mind to create the results I desire, living the life of my dreams begins with my thoughts.

These new empowered thoughts become you power affirmation statements. Choose one thought to focus your intention on each day, and over time by tapping into the power of the human mind you will have upgraded the software of your mind.

Remember: It is the thoughts that you think, charged with emotional energy that become your beliefs and then your reality.
